In this lesson, children will first focus on Maths, adding and subtracting whole numbers and decimals while using estimation and checking strategies to assess the accuracy of their answers. They will then move on to English, using a history theme to explore how nouns, adjectives and verbs can be formed and changed, alongside relationships between words.
