In this lesson, children will first focus on Maths, comparing and ordering fractions using equivalence and converting between mixed numbers and improper fractions. They will then move on to English, exploring figurative language, irony and rhetorical questions, and considering how an author’s language choices create different effects. Interactive activities and quizzes will encourage children to explore ideas, make connections and check their progress.
